About Light Corn Syrup

Karo is the leading US brand of corn syrup, used since 1902 to make all things sweet, like baked goods, pies (especially Pecan Pie!), and sauces for meat. A natural sweetener, Karo Light has a great light yellow color and is made with real vanilla. Typically, light corn syrup is used when a delicately sweet flavor is desired, such as in fruit sauces and jams, and is an ideal topping for pancakes, waffles, French toast, and biscuits.
