Florentine Mousse Mix A honey flavored powdered preparation for Florentine cookies and crispy honey Bee Sting topping. Just add one part nut or dried fruits to two parts mix and pour into molds or baking sheets. For those classic lacy edges, just use a baking sheet. Bake at 392 F. For Bee Sting topping, spread nuts or fruit over dough and then sprinkle mix.

Ingredients: dried glucose syrup, sugar, dextrose, powdered baking honey, vegetable fat, maltodextrin, dehydrated butter fat (milk components)
