Capricho de Cabra is spectacularly creamy and buttery, with a smooth texture that slides down the palate without overpowering it. The aroma is fresh and clean, the color snow white, the shape round. A mellow, mild flavor for a goat cheese, Murcia is silky smooth and absolutely perfect to serve warm, atop a green salad, or in cheese platter paired with nuts. Pair with a Spanish Verdejo (white) or Granache (red).
