Most of us are used to encountering balsamic as a thick, black product, and are surprised to discover this fabulous ingredient: white balsamic. A fresh, delicate product, White Balsamic from Francesca di Monte is an almost transparent golden hue, a blend of white wine vinegar of trebiano grape. Will not overwhelm your salads, either in flavor or color.
