Galantine of Duck with Truffles and Pistachios - Party Size Great for a crowd! Gamey and sweet duck meat blended with earthy truffles and sweet pistachios. A fabulous combination and perfect to serve for a dinner or cocktail party. Fabrique Delices' line of "Traditional Pâtés" are made the artisanal way according to Authentic French recipes. These pates are preserved with contain ascorbic acid (Vitamin C) and sodium nitrite to maintain taste, color and freshness, allowing a longer shelf life the way it has been done in France for centuries. Shelf life is 8 weeks refrigerated.
