A smooth blend of chicken livers, mixed with earthy truffles and meaty Porcini mushrooms. Slice thickly and serve alongside a fresh salad and coarse French baguette. Also great with mustard and cornichons. Fabrique Delices' line of "Traditional Pâtés" are made the artisanal way according to Authentic French recipes. These pates are preserved with contain ascorbic acid (Vitamin C) and sodium nitrite to maintain taste, color and freshness, allowing a longer shelf life the way it has been done in France for centuries. Shelf life is 8 weeks refrigerated.
