From subtle to intense, our range of truffle oils and extracts will amaze and delight. Truffle oil usually starts with a fine olive oil base that is then infused with white or black truffle. The result is mild, and perfect to add a bit of truffle flavor to a dish - salad dressings, omelets, the works. An extract, on the other hand, is a much stronger distilling of the truffle, so it has a bolder flavor and aroma (use sparingly).
