Fresh tart lemons are plucked at their ripest, pureed with sugar and frozen in this practical, delicious and all-natural ingredients. Ravifruit Frozen Purees follow a simple recipe of 90% fruit pulp and 10% of sugar, 100% natural and free of colorings, preservatives and artificial flavors. Craft a lemon tart easily! Use to create sorbets, smoothies, ice creams, jellies and jams, sauces, pastry fillings. For a tasty, easy frozen cocktail: blend with your favorite liquor and enjoy responsibly! To use: thaw out in the fridge for about 12 hours, or at room temperature for 8 hours. Do not refreeze once defrosted. Store in the fridge after opening and consume quickly.
