A well-balanced Spanish olive oil made from Arbequina olives, Oleoestepa's Arbequina EVOO is characterized by a great blend of fruitiness and spiciness, with a sweet mouthfeel that gives way to a peppery aftertaste. The flavor is a combination of bitter green olives, sweet tomatoes and almonds. Especially great paired with anchovies, mayo-based dressings, and vinaigrettes.
