About Hoisin Sauce

Hoisin Sauce Roland Hoisin Sauce is a sweet-tasting, thick, reddish-brown sauce. It is sweet and sour with an intense spicy aftertaste. This product contains no msg. Many chefs associate hoisin sauce solely with Asian dishes; however Roland Hoisin Sauce has a distinctive flavor which gives the creative chef another exotic tool with which to make ordinary recipes special. Can be used at room temperature alone or mixed with other ingredients. Add to sauces as a key flavor ingredient and holds up well to medium and high temperatures.

Ingredients: sugar, water, soybeans, salt modified startch, vinegar, garlic, sesame paste, lemon, spices, caramel coloring, chili, citric acid, xantham gum.
