In the original Italian "nest-style", De Cecco's Fettuccine are bronze drawn and slow dried for maximum flavor and quality. The traditional egg-based pasta is made with the freshest eggs, free from coloring agents. The thin, long and flat strands are coiled into clumps or nests that uncoil when cooking. Fettuccine is a hearty pasta that matches most bold sauces like ragus, heavy creams and seafood. Cooking time is 5 minutes.

Ingredients: Durum (wheat) semolina, eggs (28.27%), niacin, ferrous lactate, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid.
