A typical pasta of Puglia, Italy, Orecchiette shells can be recognized for its elephant ear shape, slightly hollowed in the center. Traditionally it's served with broccoli and potatoes with a light tomato sauce and some Pecorino cheese, but it's easily paired with most sauces. Great for hearty soups as well. Cooking time is 11 minutes.

Ingredients: Durum (wheat) semolina, niacin, ferrous lactate, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid.
