This is a shorter and thinner interpretation of the Penne pasta. The shape is the same, short, hollowed tubes. Used the same way you would regular Penne, Pennette has the advantage of a quicker cooking time. Cooking time is 9 minutes.

Ingredients: Durum (wheat) semolina, niacin, ferrous lactate, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid.
