About Cilantro - Ground

This ever popular spice comes to us by way of Egypt. Cilantro is obtained from the leaves of the Coriander plant, which makes this little plant ever-giving. Similar in looks to parsley, Cilantro has that fresh, unmistakable aroma that we associate immediately with Mexican food, but is also widely used in Caribbean and Asian cuisine.
