About Whole Fruit Mustard

Sharp on the tongue, crunchy when the candied fruit hits the palate, releasing spicy essences mixed with honeyed sugar. This mostarda with its highly distinctive flavor is made with candied fruit soaked in sugar syrup and pure mustard oil. The care with which it is prepared and packaged enhances the colors and the shapes of the fruit: a delight to look at. Good to eat on its own, excellent as a dessert and a cheerful and tasty accompaniment to many dishes.
