About Tomato Jam

A rich and vibrant preserve of tomatoes made artisanally in Portugal. The tomatoes are boiled and preserved until sweetened and then seasoned with a pinch of cinnamon. The result is a jam that is both sweet and earthy, and perfect to accompany cheeses and toast.
