About Dijon Mustard Grained with Wine

This classic French mustard is made from black and brown mustard seeds, most of them left unground before processing, giving it added flavor and that great, thick texture. Roland Grained Dijon Mustard should be refrigerated after opening (as should all true, full flavored Dijon mustards).

Ingredients: water, mustard seeds, vinegar, salt, white wine, sugar, citric acid, spices, potassium metabisulfite (as a preservative)
