A little green olive with a meaty and nutty flavor, Picholines are best known as cocktail olives. Add to an antipasto platter, set them in a bowl for a snack, or use them for martinis. Arnaud has been a family-run olive company since 1947, with each generation passing down the tricks and secrets of the olive trade, and adding new and inventive recipes to their collection.
