About Basque Sausage

Basque Sausage Espelette pepper is a traditional spice from the Basque country, a region that is a great mix of French and Spanish, with their own traditions and culture. This sausage is made from pork meat, then seasoned with spices and Espelette pepper. Grill or boil, serve by itself, or in a stew. Fabrique Délices selects a limited number of "All Natural" meat suppliers according to its high standard of quality. All meats used in this "All Natural" line of products are guaranteed antibiotics & hormones free. Animals are fed with the purest natural feeds (No animal by- product), and they are free of preservatives, artificial ingredients and nitrites. Fabrique Delices is based out of San Francisco's Bay Area, where they have been perfecting their French meat curing recipes since 1985.
