Grossanes Olives
The grossane was introduced to France and quickly became a favorite at the French table. With it's ability to withstand the cold weather, farmers were assured to deliver a harvest every year, and the French adore this sweet, dark and plump olive. Serve with cheese and meats for an appetizer, or add to a salad. Arnaud has been a family-run olive company since 1947, with each generation passing down the tricks and secrets of the olive trade, and adding new and inventive recipes to their collection.
