Fresh tart green apples from France are picked at their peak, pureed with sugar and frozen for an all-natural treat. A simple and delicious recipe of 90% of fruit pulp and 10% of sugar delivers flavor and wonderful texture. Use to create sorbets, smoothies, ice creams, jellies and jams, sauces, pastry fillings. For a tasty, easy frozen cocktail: blend with your favorite liquor and enjoy responsibly! To use: thaw out in the fridge for about 12 hours, or at room temperature for 8 hours. Do not refreeze once defrosted. Store in the fridge after opening and consume quickly.
