Only the best pineapples are selected, at the peak of their freshness, to create this delicious puree. Quickly freezes them to retain flavor and texture , they're totally natural, 90% fruit and 10% sugar, and no artificial preservatives or dyes added. The sweet tropical pineapples retain all their flavor and fantastic color. This frozen puree is smooth and thick, full of flavor and texture. Use to create sorbets, smoothies, ice creams, jellies and jams, sauces, pastry fillings. Our favorite? Frozen cocktails, only a blender and your favorite liquor needed! To use: thaw out in the fridge for about 12 hours, or at room temperature for 8 hours. Do not refreeze once defrosted. Store in the fridge after opening and consume quickly.
