These pastry shells can be cooked from frozen at 345 F for 15 minutes. There is no need to defrost them. Simply keep the tart shells frozen or cold before add your filling and baking.

Ingredients: Enriched wheat flour, non-hydrogenated vegetable fat, shortening (modified palm oil, canola oil), water, dextrose, salt, sodium metabisulfite.

A: These pastry shells need to be baked at 345 degrees for 15 minutes. If the custard requires different baking time and temperature we would recommend to either bake them separately and then fill them or fill the pastry shells later, while baking.

A: The tart shells need to be filled in and baked from frozen, they should not be thawed out.They should be baked at 345 F for about 15 minutes.
