1 lb farfalle bowtie pasta
0.25 cup Fresh basil, chopped
0.25 cup Red onion, chopped
0.25 cup Green onion, chopped
12 Each Roland Sun Dried Tomatoes, chopped
4 oz Stems and Pieces Mushrooms, drained
15 oz Cut Baby Corn, drained
13 oz Marinated Artichoke Hearts
Directions
1. Cook pasta al dente. Drain, rinse, and chill.
2. Mix all other ingredients in a bowl, toss with chilled pasta. Chill in refrigerator for at
least 1 hour, serve.
