  • 1 lb farfalle bowtie pasta
  • 0.25 cup  Fresh basil, chopped
  • 0.25 cup  Red onion, chopped
  • 0.25 cup  Green onion, chopped
  • 12 Each  Roland Sun Dried Tomatoes, chopped
  • 4 oz  Stems and Pieces Mushrooms, drained
  • 15 oz Cut Baby Corn, drained
  • 13 oz Marinated Artichoke Hearts 


1. Cook pasta al dente. Drain, rinse, and chill.
2. Mix all other ingredients in a bowl, toss with chilled pasta. Chill in refrigerator for at
least 1 hour, serve.
