1. Combine anchovy paste, garlic, and lemon juice in a food processor. Pulse until
smooth.
2. Add the mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, cilantro, balsamic pepper sauce, hot chili
sauce, and Dijon mustard.
3. Process until smooth and well blended, about 40 seconds.
4. Place mixture in a bowl and stir in yogurt. If desired, dressing can be thinned with a
few drops of cold water.
