Directions:Preheat your oven to 400°. Gently mix the flour, baking powder, eggs and oil. Add crumbled Bleu d'Auvergne and pepper but no salt, as the cheese is already salted. Butter the Madeleine moulds and fill them 3/4 full. Bake for 8 minutes. The Madeleines should remain light-colored when baked.
