Ingredients
1 lb Chicken breast, boneless & skinless, sliced into 1 inch strips
2 tbsp Olive Oil
0.5 cup Yellow onion, chopped
3 cups Roland Coconut Milk
3 tbsp Curry Powder
0.25 cup Roland Oyster Sauce
1 cup Belgian Peas
Directions
1. Lightly saute chicken pieces with olive oil and onion.
2. Add coconut milk and bring to boil. Add curry powder and oyster sauce.
3. Simmer until chicken is cooked throughout. Add peas. Stir well.
4. Serve over basmati rice.
