Classic Tapenade

Yield:    1 to 1 1/2 cups

1. Rinse anchovy fillets well under running water.
2. Cut each fillet into small pieces.
3. Combine all ingredients, except olive paste, in food processor; pulse until well
4. Pour into a bowl, add olive paste and blend until smooth; adjust for seasoning.
5. Keep up to one week in refrigerator.
