1. Add sesame oil to a pan preheated over medium-high to high heat. Add chicken
2. When chicken releases from pan, stir.
3. Add coconut milk, curry paste, and ginger. Stir to combine. Bring to a boil.
4. Add onion and zucchini. Cook for 2 minutes.
5. Fold in tomatoes and cilantro. Remove from heat.
6. Place a large timbale of prepared Roland Jasmine rice in the center of a large pasta
bowl. Ladle Coconut Curry Chicken around the rice. Serve immediately.
