Couscous, Tomato and Basil Salad

1. Bring chicken stock to a boil in a medium saucepan. Add couscous. Remove from heat.
Cover; let stand 5 minutes. Transfer to large bowl. Fluff with fork. Chill in refrigerator.
2. Add green onions, tomatoes, basil, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, and crushed red pepper
to couscous. Season with sea salt and pepper.
