Ingredients
2 hard-boiled eggs
3 tbsp. Roland Dijon mustard
1 clove garlic
2 green onions, chopped
1 large lemon, juiced
1/2 tsp. black pepper
2 oz. Roland Anchovy Paste
1 cup Olive Oil
2 tbsp. Capers, drained
Directions
1. Combine the first 7 ingredients in a food processor until creamy.
2. Slowly add the oil, while continuing to process.
3. Transfer to a storage container and fold in the capers.
4. Cover. Store for 2-3 days in the refrigerator.
