Wash all the vegetables. Scoop out the inside of the cherry tomatoes. Peel and slice the Kirby cucumbers. Seperate the Endive Leaves. Scoop the desired amount of Boursin Cheese into the cherry tomatoes, on top of the cucumbers and Endive Leaves, using a spoon or a pastry bag. Garnish with edible flowers or chives.
If you do not have a pastry bag, cut out a small piece of the bottom corner of a sandwich bag. Fill the bag with Boursin Cheese, and squeeze the top, so the Cheese flows out the cut corner onto the vegetables.
