1. CUCUMBER SOUP:
2. Purée cucumbers with water and vinegar a blender or food processor until smooth.
Season to taste with sea salt.
3. AVOCADO CREAM:
4. Mash together avocado and lemon juice until smooth.
5. Whisk in yogurt, wasabi powder, and chives. Season with sea salt and pepper to taste.
6. Just before serving, blend soup with ice in small batches until smooth. Serve with a
dollop of avocado cream.
