Divide each of the cheeses in half. Wrap 1 slice of bacon around each piece of cheese. Place the wrapped cheese in the middle of each pastry square and close it. Turn down each square and cover with egg yolk. Bake in oven a preheated oven for 20 minutes at 400°F.
