Ingredients
- 4 tsp. lemon juice
- 1/ 2 tsp. Roland anchovy paste
- 1/ 2 tsp. salt
- 1/ 2 tsp. Fresh ground black pepper
- 5 tbsp. Olive Oil
- 1 1/ 4 lbs mushrooms, cut into 1/8 inch slices
- 3 tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
Directions
1. In large glass or stainless steel bowl, use a fork to stir together lemon juice, anchovy
paste, salt and pepper.
