Directions: Preheat the oven to 350° and bake the Camembert until it softens. Roughly chop the nuts and toast in a frying pan. Set aside. Peel and quarter the apples. Remove the pits, then cut each quarter into three. Make a caramel by slightly moistening the sugar and melting it in a small pan. Once nicely golden, remove the caramel from the heat and soak the apples in it. Take the Camembert out of the oven and remove the top layer. Scatter the nuts over the Camembert and serve, along with the caramelized apples as dips.
