12 figs
100g honey
1 glass Banyuls
1 cinnamon stick
100g butter
1/4 L vanilla ice cream
1 vanilla pod
Directions
Place the figs in a plate with the honey, the Banyuls, the
cinnamon and the butter.
Bake in a low oven for 15 minutes.
Presentation
Arrange the figs in shallow dishes with the juice and a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
