2 tbsp Roland Cornichons, finely chopped
2 tbsp Capers, finely chopped
1 tspn Roland Dijon Mustard
0.5 tspn Paprika
0.5 cup Flat leaf parsley, finely minced
0.5 cup Creme Fraiche
Directions
1. Combine the cornichons, capers, mustard, paprika and parsley.
2. Whip the creme fraiche until stiff. Carefully fold the seasoning mixture into the creme
fraiche. Seasonings may be adjusted to desired taste.
