Our Anchovy Paste by Roland comes from Spain, where it's made from the finest Spanish anchovies. The anchovies are ground into a fine paste, reddish brown in color and with a mildly pronounced fishy flavor and a salty bite. It can be used cold, and will also hold up under heat nicely. Ready to use. Store at room temperate.
