Mustard is made from the seeds of the mustard plant, a plant which comes in different varieties, like white or yellow, brown or Indian, and black. This is one of the reasons why there are so many different mustards in the market, but it's not the only one. The other differentiations is how the seeds are used in the preparation - mustard can be made of ground, cracked, whole or bruised seeds. The result is always intense, flavorful and sharp.
