French Farmed Caviar
France has a great population of Sturgeon, but only in recent years they have delved into the production of caviar. As with everything else the French do culinary-wise, the results were wildly successful! France now produces several delicious varieties of Osetra and Trout caviar, raised in ponds fed by pure, fresh spring waters.
