With Russian immigration into Israel came Russian tastes, one of them being, of course, caviar. Although landlocked and far away from the Caspian Sea, Israel nevertheless has succeeded in becoming one of the world's leaders in aquafarming, farming and harvesting large Sturgeon that produce a delicious and high quality caviar.
