Q:How many servings in the 7 oz?
A:You can get 4 to 5 slices from a 7 oz pate.
Q:can you freeze it
A:The pate can be frozen. We recommend it to packing it in single serving portions before freezing and keeping it airtight. Otherwise the texture and taste can rapidly degrade if thawed out multiple times or if air gets inside the packaging. The frozen pate should then be thawed out in the refrigerator.
Q:Shelf life unopened?
After opening?
A:The shelf life is 8 weeks unopened, kept refrigerated. After opening it should be used within 2-3 days.
