This supremely delicious recipe takes the naturally flavorful, superbly buttery fresh Iberico pork loin and sets it up with a good seasoning and a decadent barbecue sauce, then takes it to the oven for 2 hours until the succulent, tender meat falls of the bone.

Barbeque Iberico Pork Loin Roast Recipe Instructions

Ingredients

  • 1 whole Iberico Bellota Pork Bone In Loin
  • 1 cup of brown sugar
  • 3 tablespoons of ground powder
  • 3 tablespoons of smoked black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Paprika
  • 1 tablespoon of garlic powder
  • 2 tablespoons salt
  • 1 cup of your favorite barbecue sauce

Directions

  1. Mix the brown sugar with all the other spice ingredients (not the barbecue sauce). Rub the pork loin with the mixture on both sides. Let the pork loin sit in the fridge for a minimum of 2 hours.
  2. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Cook until pork reaches an internal temperature of 140 degrees. Cooking time is approximately 20-25 minutes per pound. Quickly remove from the oven and brush each side with your barbecue sauce. Change oven temperature to 400 and cook for another 10-15 minutes.
  3. Remove from the oven and let rest on a wooden board for 10 minutes. Slice between the bones and serve.
