Black Truffle Fries Recipe Instructions

Ingredients
  • 2 Russet potatoes, clean and julienned
  • peanut oil
  • 2 tbsp. black truffle oil
  • Truffle salt
Directions
    1. Fry the potatoes in peanut oil until golden brown and crispy. Do it in small batches, placing them over paper towels to absorb oil.
    2. Coat an aluminum bowl with truffle oil, making sure you coat the edges. Toss the fries into the bowl, coating with oil, season with truffle salt and serve.
