Coconut, Unsweetened - Macaroon Powder

This unsweetened coconut powder is ideal for coconut macaroons and other coconut cookies. It is a simple powder made from grinding pure coconut meat.

There are many coconut powders available, each designed for slightly different purposes. For example, coconut milk powder is dried coconut milk, which is the liquid extracted by grating the meat of a fresh ripe coconut. At the other end of things, coconut flour is the ground coconut meat after all the oils and milk have been pulled out.
