From their Peruvian fields, Del Destino has have selected first quality peppers to go through an artisan roasting process. With an excellent texture, these peppers are peeled in the flames of a slow fire, giving them a sweet and delicious smoked flavor. Great for salads, to complete and antipasto platter, or to pair with roasted meat and poultry.
