Maifun Rice Noodles
These thin translucent noodles from Taiwan are used predominantly in Chinese cuisine. The rice turns white after it's cooked, and, unlike regular noodles and spaghetti, they are made of rice, making them gluten free. Use them in stir-fries with vegetables and nuts, create soups, chilled salads and many other unique dishes. Maifun are very light, and go well with almost any other ingredient.
Ingredients: rice, cornstarch and water.
