Moutarde de Bourgogne - Burgundy Mustard

Our Classic Moutarde de Bourgogne (Mustard from Burgundy) is a true culinary masterpiece. This bold Burgundy mustard by Fallot has fine Burgundy wine added to the brown and black mustard seeds, verjuice, spices and flavorings. The robust mixture is then finely milled using traditional mill stones to bring you this silky-smooth condiment that’s tangy but with a classic Dijon kick.

This French mustard is graced with a coveted AOC, a protected origin label, meaning that all ingredients used to make this fine mustard are grown and harvested in the Burgundy region of France.

Its smooth, creamy texture and sharp bite make this piquant Burgundy mustard perfect for sandwiches, a fresh cut of salmon, to be served with charcuterie or cheeses, or as a seasoning for pork. Mix it with some wine vinegar and olive oil to make a memorable vinaigrette for salads.

Edmond Fallot is a proud family-owned company that still resides on its original premises in Burgundy, France since 1840. It is the only Dijon mustard producer to still use the traditional stone mill method when it comes to preparing their world-famous mustards. This steadfast devotion, use of finest quality ingredients, and family recipes are what makes Edmond Fallot the leading Dijon mustard brand in France, and their Moutarde de Bourgogne French mustard a must-have in your pantry.
