Galaxy Desserts is a relatively young company, but is rapidly making a name for itself in the culinary world. Founded in 1998 and based in the San Francisco Bay area, Galaxy Desserts has dedicated themselves to the complete creation process for the highest quality French-inspired individual desserts. All Galaxy Desserts creations are made with all-natural ingredients, free of trans-fats and hydrogenated oils, and Kosher. They also abstain from using artificial colors and flavors, and attempt to source ingredients locally whenever possible. Desserts are flash-frozen to preserve their best taste and texture. With a 12 month shelf life if kept frozen, these treats are easy to keep on hand for surprise gatherings among friends, birthdays, and spontaneous potluck dinners.

Easy to use, the Royal dessert should be taken from the freezer, placed on a serving tray, and left to thaw in a refrigerator for at least two hours prior to serving. Remove the protective plastic collar while the dessert is still frozen. Once thawed, dessert has a shelf life of 5-7 days.
